Quanser at Medicine Meets Virtual Reality 16 (MMVR16) Conference
MMVR took place in Long Beach, California, just south of Los Angeles. Although Quanser has been present at the conference in the past, it was its first time as an exhibitor. Quanser's booth was very popular - attracting surgeons, academics and companies interested in medical haptic research and training devices, but also in rehabilitation - drawing the attention with a rehab demonstration system available on-site.
The exposure and quality of business discussions at MMVR will likely make this event a "must repeat" for Quanser.

To make it easier for professors to integrate such courses, Dr. Jalili noted the popularity of laboratory kits from Quanser. These educational aids include a variety of components to explore robotics and other mechatronic applications.
