Getting Started with QUARC® Rapid Control Prototyping Software
Quanser’s QUARC® is a real-time control software seamlessly integrating with MATLAB®/Simulink® for rapid controls prototyping and hardware-in-the-loop testing. Its features and flexibility makes it an ideal tool for teaching and advanced research in controls, robotics, mechatronics, haptics, aerospace engineering, unmanned systems and other engineering fields.
In this webinar, Quanser engineers will help you get started with QUARC in your lab. Using the Quanser Rotary Servo Base Unit (SRV02), they will demonstrate how using QUARC, you can easily:
- Interface with hardware to obtain readings
- Build a simple PD-based controller to control the position of the servo load shaft
- Perform stability analysis and LQR design
- Validate the system performance in simulation and implement a balance controller on the actual system
