License server timeout Error.

The server timeout issue could be due to the local Firewall or Antivirus software on your computer or the network security. Please check to make sure that outgoing requests through port 80 are enabled. Can you access the Academic Portal with your account? If so, then it could be due to the Firewall or Antivirus software on your computer blocking the Quanser Interactive Labs (QLabs) application. If you cannot access the Academic Portal, then it may be due to your network security. Try logging in from a different network or hotspot, or through the QLabs mobile app from your smartphone. Finally, please enter the following address into a browser and send us the output. https://portal.quanser.com/api/v2/content/list?clientType=4
